Ian Jiang joined Advent in 2021 and is a Vice President in Shanghai. He originally joined Advent as an Associate and rejoined the firm in 2026 following business school. Ian advises on investments in the business & financial services sector.
Prior to rejoining Advent, Ian worked at RBC Capital Markets in Toronto, advising on mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions.
Ian received a BCom, with First Class Honors, in Investment Management from McGill University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
