Advent International has been investing in Mexico since opening its Mexico City office in 1996. Our local team of 12 professionals has worked on over 20 investments in Mexico, the Caribbean and other Latin American and global markets. The team has also supported numerous acquisitions by existing portfolio companies. The team focuses on buyouts and growth equity investments in Advent’s five core sectors: business and financial services; healthcare; industrial, including infrastructure; retail, consumer and leisure, including education; and technology, media and telecom.
The Mexico City office is part of Advent’s pan-Latin American network of three offices with 40 investment professionals, representing the largest dedicated private equity team in the region.
