Mumbai, 29 October 2025 – Advent today announced that its affiliate, Jomei Investments, has sold its remaining equity stake in Aditya Birla Capital Limited (“ABCL”), marking the full exit of its investment in the company.
Advent first invested in ABCL in 2020, partnering with the company to support its strategic transformation and growth ambitions. During Advent’s investment period, ABCL strengthened its position as a leading diversified financial-services group in India, expanding its customer base and enhancing its digital and retail capabilities – with assets under management of lending businesses growing by 22% and consolidated profits for the company growing by 30%.
