Martine joined Advent in 2021 and is a Director in Luxembourg. She is a member of the Limited Partner Services team and is primarily focused on fundraising and investor relations activities in Europe.
Prior to joining Advent, Martine was a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, where she established the Luxembourg office in 2018. Before that, she spent 18 years in the financial services industry focusing on private equity and alternative assets fundraising. Most recently in this capacity, Martine was a Director at BlackRock and headed the fundraising efforts for the private equity group in EMEA. Prior to this, she was an Investment Director at SL Capital Partners, in charge of private equity business development in Continental Europe. Before that, Martine was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, responsible for business development in EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America for private equity and hedge funds. She began her career as an Associate at JP Morgan in the Equity Derivatives business.
Martine holds an LLM in International Commercial and Comparative Law from King’s College London and a D.E.A (Diplôme d’Etudes Appliquées) in International Business Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) in France. Martine has also completed the Harvard Business School Executive Program for Private Equity and Venture Capital and is a CFA Charterholder.
