Ian Rothkopf joined Advent in 2019 and is a Director in London. He is a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Ian works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Ian worked in the portfolio group at Summit Partners, where he partnered with management teams to identify and execute value creation initiatives. He began his career at The Parthenon Group, where he led consulting projects with corporate and private equity clients.
Ian holds a BA, cum laude, from Amherst College and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
