Hanyo Moriya joined Advent in 2026 and is an Associate in Tokyo.
Prior to joining Advent, Hanyo worked at Bain & Company, where he served corporate and private equity clients across sectors.
Hanyo received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from the University of Tokyo.
