Francesca Bertoncelli joined Advent in 2025 as an Analyst in Milan. She focuses on investment opportunities in Italy, mainly across industrial and consumer sectors.
Prior to joining Advent, Francesca worked as an Associate at UBS in London, where she served corporate and private equity clients within the industrial sector.
Francesca holds a BSc in Economics and Management and a MSc in International Management from Bocconi University.
