Aakash Varshney joined Advent in 2025 and is a Vice President in Mumbai. He advises on investments in the consumer sector. Aakash originally joined the firm as an Associate and rejoined the firm following business school.
Prior to joining Advent, Aakash worked at Boston Consulting Group where he was involved in cost optimization and organization design in the IT services sector.
Aakash received a B.Tech in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA, with honors, from The Wharton School.
