Kohei Fukushima joined Advent in 2026 and is a Director in Tokyo. He advises on investments in the industrial sector. Kohei has advised on two investments during his career.
Prior to joining Advent, Kohei worked at EQT Partners on the private equity team in Tokyo, where he was responsible for industrial sector investments. Earlier in his career, Kohei worked at Bank of America Securities in Tokyo, where he focused on M&A advisory in the investment banking division.
Kohei received a BS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
