Rhys Davies joined Advent in 2026 and is an Analyst in London. He is a member of the Limited Partner Services Group and advises on investor relations and fundraising activities.
Prior to joining Advent, Rhys worked at Barclays as an investment banker on their Equity Capital Markets team.
Rhys received a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
