Patrick Oehlschlaeger joined Advent in 2015 and is a Director in London. He advises on investments in the industrial sector. Patrick originally joined Advent as an Associate and rejoined the firm following business school.
Prior to joining Advent, Patrick was a consultant at Bain & Company in Frankfurt, focusing on strategy, private equity due diligence, and post-acquisition value creation projects. He also completed internships at the Boston Consulting Group and Elliott.
Patrick earned a BSc, summa cum laude, in International Management from ESB Reutlingen / Northeastern University; an MSc, with distinction, from London Business School; and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
