Mohit Honwad joined Advent in 2022 and is a Vice President in Boston. He is a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Mohit works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Prior to joining Advent, Mohit led growth and margin expansion plans for the logistics business segment of Cognex, an industrial technology company. Before that, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Mohit began his career in Johnson & Johnson’s operations leadership development program.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
