Lauren McLeod joined Advent in 2025 and is a Vice President in London. She is a member of the Portfolio Support Group.
Prior to Advent, Lauren worked at Onex Partners, a Canadian PE fund with investments across Europe and North America, where she was responsible for Portfolio Operations and Transformation. In that role, she partnered with management teams on VCP design and delivery, and was heavily involved in talent selection and development. Prior to joining Onex, Lauren spent seven years at Bain & Company, where she was an Associate Partner in the Private Equity practice, after starting her career in economic policy with the Canadian government.
She holds an MBA from Ivey Business School, MSc from The London School of Economics and MA from The University of Toronto.
