Lauren C. Testa joined Advent in 2013 and is Head of Marketing, Americas, based in Boston. She is responsible for all marketing, communications, and events activities across North America and Latin America.
Prior to joining Advent, Lauren spent three years in marketing, investor relations, and client services at Athena Capital Advisors, a provider of investment management and research services to families and institutional investors. Before that, she worked at Stonehorse Capital Management, a fund-of-funds manager focused on emerging hedge funds. Previously, Lauren worked for six years in the Private Banking and Investment Group of Merrill Lynch.
Lauren received a BS in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Boston College and an MBA from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College.
