Hakim Ghanem joined Advent in 2021 and is a Director in Boston. He is a member of the Portfolio Support Group. Hakim works with management teams to improve performance and deliver results needed to realize the investment thesis.
Before joining Advent, Hakim was an Executive Director at JPMorgan’s Global Banking team, where he led transformation programs and digital platform development. Prior to that, he was the COO of E*TRADE’s trading and cash management business. Hakim began his career as a strategy consultant, most recently at Booz & Company and Bain & Company.
Hakim received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also earned a MSc in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Nantes and a master’s in management from ESSEC in Paris.
