Gilbert joined Advent in 2025 and is a Vice President in the Portfolio Support Group, focusing on digital and artificial intelligence (AI). He supports companies in the North America portfolio to drive growth and efficiency by leveraging digital and AI tools, and adopting complementary strategies.
Prior to joining Advent, Gilbert was a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group focused on AI and digital transformation. Before that, he worked at a payments tech startup and at J.P. Morgan.
Gilbert received a BA in Economics from The College of Wooster.
