Dianne Remanous joined Advent in 2024. She is a Managing Director and serves as Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), based in London. Dianne is a member of Advent’s Global Culture and Inclusion Committee.
She previously worked at Pantheon, a global private markets investor, where she was a Partner, CHRO, and founded and led the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility offering. Earlier in her career, Dianne gained experience in sectors including investment banking, management consulting, market research, and law, where she introduced performance management structures, leadership development, cultural and engagement improvements, and succession planning.
Dianne obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Queensland, her master’s degree in Adult Workplace Education from the Queensland University of Technology, and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales.
