Caroline Elder joined Advent in 2022 and is a Vice President in New York. She advises on investments in the consumer sector.
Prior to joining Advent, Caroline was a member of the industrials and transportation team at Carlyle. Previously, she was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan on the restructuring and leveraged finance teams, based in New York and London.
Caroline received a BA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
