Max joined Advent in 2025 and is an Associate in Boston. He advises on investments in the industrial sector.
Prior to joining Advent, Max worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and completed internships at Stepstone Group in private debt and J.F. Lehman in aerospace and defense private equity.
Max received a BA/BS in Math/Statistics from Columbia University.
