Melissa-Ann joined Advent in 2024 and is an Associate in Boston. She advises on investments in the business & financial services sector.
Prior to Advent, Melissa-Ann worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate, and previously worked at Bain Capital in their Sydney office as an MBA intern.
Melissa-Ann received a BA in International Relations and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of New South Wales. She also received her MBA and a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard.
