Joy Peng joined Advent in 2025 and is an Associate in Shanghai. She advises on investments in Asia.
Prior to joining Advent, Joy worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in New York at Mizuho Securities, integrated with the Greenhill team, covering the industrial sector.
Joy graduated with a BSc in Quantitative Sciences and a BBA, with highest distinction, from Emory University.
