Giancarlo joined Advent in 2025 and is an Associate in Boston. He advises on investments in the healthcare sector.
Prior to joining Advent, Giancarlo worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on commercial due diligence across healthcare, technology, and industrials.
Giancarlo graduated from The University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher program, summa cum laude, receiving a BS in Finance from The Wharton School and a BAS in Computer Science from The School of Engineering and Applied Science.
