Azul Gonzalez-Agote joined Advent in 2025 and is an Associate in London. She advises on investments in the consumer sector.
Prior to joining Advent, Azul worked at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Associate in the Media & Communications team. Before that, Azul completed internships at Morgan Stanley and Deloitte.
Azul holds an MSc in Finance from Bocconi University and a BA in Business Administration from IE University.
