Advent launches programs to promote diversity among its portfolio leadership

We know there is more to be done to increase diversity across the Advent community, which is why we are stepping up our efforts. As part of our broader diversity and inclusion strategy, we’re collaborating with Harvard Business School to offer leadership training for professionals from underrepresented groups at our North American portfolio companies. The goal is to help develop the next generation of leaders at these businesses.
