With offices in 12 countries on four continents, Advent International has one of the most extensive geographic reaches of any private equity firm. Asia
We have been active in Asia for over 35 years, originally through an affiliated investment manager. We now have an established presence on the ground with over 30 private equity investment professionals working from offices in Hong Kong, Mumbai and Shanghai.
Europe
Since beginning activities in Europe in 1984, we have completed over 185 investments across both Western and Central Europe. Our pan-regional network comprises over 120 private equity investment professionals in Frankfurt, London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan and Paris.
Latin America
Advent has been operating in Latin America for over 20 years and during this time has completed over 65 investments across the region. Our network of 40 private equity investment professionals in Bogotá, Mexico City and São Paulo is the largest dedicated private equity team in the region.
North America
Boston was the birthplace of Advent in 1984, and today our North American team comprises over 100 private equity investment professionals working from offices in Boston, New York and Palo Alto. Since establishing our private equity strategy in 1989, we have completed over 125 investments across the US and Canada.
