Tom Lauer joined Advent International in 1987 and is an advisor to the operational, financial and administrative functions of the Firm.
Tom is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked in a predecessor firm of Deloitte LLP. He also worked at Prime Computer Inc., where he held several senior financial positions including director of finance for worldwide manufacturing and customer service operations. He served as an officer in the United States Navy.
Qualifications
Tom received a BS from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
