Experience

Prior to joining Advent International in June 2006 Simon spent seven years at Impact Plus (Now Hitachi Consulting) as a management consultant leading the firms Regulatory Practice and advising senior management teams at blue chip financial services groups such as LloydsTSB, Royal & Sun Alliance, Aon, Fortis Group, Scottish Widows, the RAC, United Business Media, BVR, NFU and Lincoln Financial Group on a broad range of risk management and regulatory issues and delivering change programmes into these organisations.

Qualifications

Prior to his consulting career and after graduating from Kingston University with a Business Studies degree Simon qualified as an HR professional with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He subsequently spent 6 years in management positions in HR, Operations, 3 of L&G’s Sales Channels, Compliance and eCommerce at Legal & General, one of the UK’s leading Life & Pensions businesses.

Simon is currently a member of the British Venture Capital Association’s Regulatory Committee.
