He joined Advent in 2005 and has worked on a number of transaction processes inlcuding Advent's investments in Ceramica lasi (Romania) and Roma Plastik (Turkey), as well as Labormed (Romania). He serves on the Board of Directors of dufa Deutek, Roma Plastik, Ceramica lasi and Labormed Pharma. Prior to joining Advent, Mr. Tcaciuc worked with ING Corporate Finance & Equities in Bucharest and before that was with Alpha Bank and Delta Lloyd Investment Research.
