Experience

Ronald joined Advent in 2005 and has over 10 years of Private Equity experience. Before joining Advent he worked for 3i, where he spent four years in London and Frankfurt focusing on investments in the chemicals and materials sectors. Prior to joining 3i, Ronald spent 10 years at Degussa AG, the German Speciality Chemicals company in a variety of roles including M&A Director, investor relations manager, corporate controller and assistant to the chief financial officer. Ronald has completed a wide range of international transactions ranging from IPOs to joint ventures, trade sales, acquisitions and management buyouts.

Qualifications

He holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago and the WHU Koblenz (Germany), as well as European undergraduate degrees from ESB Reutlingen, Granada and London. Ronald also trained as "Industriekaufmann".
