Experience

Ranjan Sen joined Advent International GmbH in 2003 and has 12 years of private equity experience. He is also a member of the Advent debt advisory team. Prior to Advent International GmbH, Mr Sen worked for DB Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Deutsche Bank, where he focused on larger international buyouts with a particular emphasis on German companies. Previously, he spent two years as a director at UBS Capital, working on mid-market private equity transactions, and seven years as a vice president in the structured finance group of Dresdner Keinwort Benson, concentrating on acquisition financings for financial investors including Fresenius, Komax, Stinnes Reifendienst, Tropon and Woolworth.

Qualifications

Ranjan Sen studied for two years at the European Business School and graduated with a degree in business administration from Richmond University in London.
