Experience
John Woyton joined Advent in 2009 and co-ordinates Advent’s global Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) sector team.
Prior to Advent, John worked at 3i Investments where he led and originated investments in the TMT and industrial sectors in Asia, US and Europe. Prior to that, John was an investment professional at The Carlyle Group where he was involved in a number of leveraged buyouts and private equity investments across the TMT and Industrial sectors.
John began his career at UBS in TMT investment banking.
Qualifications
John received a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and is a member of the U35 steering group for The Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House).
