Holger Schnoes joined Advent International GmbH in January 2002 and acts as an advisor in the German-speaking region. Prior to joining, he gained experience in the mergers and acquisitions group of ING Bank.

Holger Schnoes received a first class degree in molecular biology from Imperial College, London and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. He is a CFA charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst).
