Experience
Emma began working as an investment advisor to Advent International in 1998, becoming a permanent member of Advent's Central and Eastern European deal team in 2000 and helping to establish the firm's office in Bucharest. Before joining Advent, Emma was an investment officer with Creditanstalt Romanian Equity, the private equity arm of Creditanstalt Investment Bank. Before that, she assisted the British Know How Fund on the Romanian Capital Markets Programme.
Qualifications
Emma has a BS in international economic relations from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
