Since entering the region in 1996, we have invested in 40 Latin American companies in seven countries. Today, these businesses have a combined enterprise value of over $10 billion and employ over 60,000 people.

We have the strongest local presence of any private equity firm in Latin America, with 33 investment professionals and 46 total staff working out of offices in São Paulo, Mexico City and Buenos Aires.

Currently deploying our fifth fund, capitalized at $1.65 billion, we invest principally in Brazil, Mexico and Argentina, but will consider opportunities in other Latin American countries as well. Across these territories, we pursue buyouts and expansion funding of high-growth, cash-generative businesses in our core sectors.
