London was the first Advent International office to open outside the US, in 1989. Our UK-led investments span the majority of Advent’s core sectors including business & financial services, retail and healthcare.

Led by a deal team of over 30, our investments range from public-to-privates, corporate carve-outs and management buyouts, across growth scenarios including domestic and international expansion.

Our London office also frequently leads on investments outside the UK where we don’t currently have a permanent on-the-ground presence or where specific sector knowledge and experience are required.
