Advent International has been investing in the Netherlands for over a decade, opening its Amsterdam office in 2006. The Amsterdam team covers the Benelux region. Today, Amsterdam is one of the 10 offices which form Advent’s pan-European network, and one of 6 offices in Western Europe.

In total, we have made 6 investments in the Netherlands, spanning the majority of Advent’s five core sectors including spanning retail, industrial, chemicals, healthcare and media. Our investments range from corporate carve-outs and management buyouts, across growth scenarios including domestic and international expansion and strategic repositioning.
