Over the past 25 years, we have invested in more than 50 buyout and private equity transactions in the U.S. and Canada, spanning most of Advent’s core sectors including business and financial services, industrial, retail and consumer, healthcare, and technology, media and telecom.

With a team of 23 deal professionals, we are currently investing our sixth buyout fund, GPE VI, capitalized at $10.4 bilion.

Our investments range from buyouts and recapitalizations to growth equity deals and cover a variety of scenarios including domestic and international expansion, buy-and-builds, consolidation plays and strategic repositioning.
