Our firm-wide associate program fosters collaboration and development across our 15 offices and five sectors. Throughout the two-to-three year program, participants will receive continuous training and mentorship by senior team members as they gain exposure to all aspects of the investment process and our portfolio companies.
As a global firm, participants will also have the opportunity to interact with our people and portfolio companies around the world – whether through discussing the diligence of a cross-border deal or attending global associate training and networking events.
