Experience
Vadim Solsky joined Advent in January 2008 and holds over eight years of corporate finance and consulting experience. Prior to joining Advent, Vadim spent three years with Deloitte & Touche USC (Kiev), where he managed and participated in industrial, media and consumer goods projects. Before that, Vadim was a management consultant at InnoWare where he worked in the design and optimization of the budgeting process for top Ukrainian corporations. He took an active part in Advent's investment in Isida clinic (Ukraine).

Vadim graduated from the Kiev National Economic University with a Masters in Economical Cybernetics
