Experience
Vadim Solsky joined Advent in January 2008 and holds over five years of corporate finance and consulting experience. Prior to joining Advent, Vadim spent three years with Deloitte & Touche USC (Kiev), where he managed and participated in industrial, media and consumer goods projects. Before that, Vadim was a management consultant at InnoWare where he worked in the design and optimization of the budgeting process for top Ukrainian corporations.

Vadim graduated from the Kiev National Economic University with a Masters in Economical Cybernetics
