Experience

Tamás joined Advent International in 2003. Before joining our Warsaw team, he was responsible for managing the Budapest office and expanding Advent’s activities into Ukraine. Tamás was involved in or co-led several of our investments in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Bulgaria and most recently, he led Advent’s investment in Isida (Ukraine).

Prior to joining Advent International, Tamás spent three years with ING Barings in London, where he worked in the M&A and Equity Capital Markets teams, focusing on telecommunications and technology in emerging markets. Transactions he was involved in included the acquisition of several mobile operators in Ukraine and across the CIS.

Before joining ING Barings, Tamás worked as IT consultant in Austria for several years.

Qualifications

Tamás graduated from the University of Linz in Austria with a Masters in Business Administration and Information Technology and studied International Business at Manchester School of Management in the United Kingdom.
