Experience
Steve Tadler joined Advent International’s Boston office in 1985 and has 27 years of private equity experience. He became managing director of the North American buyouts group in 1994 and moved to the London office in 1997 to head Advent’s European operations before returning to Boston in 2006. Steve is a member of Advent’s Executive Committee and serves on its Western European, Central European, Latin American and North American Investment Advisory Committees.
Prior to Advent, Steve was with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co., where he provided financing for a number of leveraged buyouts, technology-oriented firms and special situations.
Qualifications
Steve has a BS, with distinction, from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
