Experience
Natalie joined Advent in 2007 and has over 15 years of private equity experience within the Central European region.
Prior to joining Advent, Natalie was a Partner and Vice-President at Delta Private Equity Partners, the leading private equity fund in Russia with $500 million under management. During her tenure at Delta, she completed a number of investments and exits, including the sale of National Cable Networks to Basic Element; Spar Middle Volga to Perekrestok; investments in Compulink, the leading Russian systems integrator; Vesch, apparel retail chain; Prime Foods, the chain of sandwich shops and others. Recently, she co-led Advent’s investment in Isida clinic (Ukraine).
From 1995 to 2001 Natalie worked for Western NIS Enterprise Fund (currently managed by Horizon Capital) in Kiev where she was involved in a number of transactions in consumer and industrial sectors.
Qualifications
Natalie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA degree in Economics from the University of Kiev-Mohyla Academy.
