Monika has over 13 years of corporate finance and private equity experience and heads up the Warsaw office. Prior to joining Advent International in 2005, she worked as a Principal at Apax Partners in Munich where she focused on leveraged buyouts, predominantly in the European media sector. She began her career in 1997 in the corporate finance team of Berenberg Bank in Hamburg, providing mergers and acquisitions advice to clients in the consumer goods and logistics sectors.
Qualifications
Monika holds an MBA, with distinction, from INSEAD and a Master in international management and politics from Poznan University of Economics, Poland.
